David Kuney is an Adjunct Professor of Law at the Georgetown University Law Center, and is a retired partner from Sidley Austin, LLP. He has practiced law for over 46 years. Mr. Kuney was the editor of The Purdue Papers: Amicus Briefs and Commentaries Related to Purdue Pharma L.P., et al. (2024), and the author of Retail and Office Bankruptcy: Landlord/Tenant Rights (2018) and The Single Asset Real Estate Case (2012).
